RETURNS & REFUND

Thank you for shopping on our store
At our store, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the product page.
If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you. We are here to help! Please feel free to contact us if you have any issue with your order!

14 Days Returns or Refund Warranty
You have 14 days from the receipt date to request a return or refund of your ordered item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, need return or refund please contact us immediately via email at: scidweet@outlook.com

Note

  • The original shipping fee you paid for on your order is non-refundable.
  • All return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.
  • The return address are not the one posted on the bottom / contact us page of our website. Please fill in strictly according to the information provided in our customer service email.


Terms and Conditions
1.All returns must be sent back to our designated return centre; unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
2.Return items must be in original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of stains with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
3.We will usually reship replacement using Standard Shipping. we reserves the right to determine re-shipping method regardless of the shipping method used in the original order.
4.We do not offer refunds or returns in cases involving allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions due to products that we sell.
5.We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via Registered Air Mail to ensure that it reaches us.
6.To prevent any delays in handling returns, your name, order number and return authorization number must be indicated on or inside the return parcel.
7.Coupon discounts and shipping fees from the original shipment to the customer are not refundable.
8.Items purchased from other retailers, dealers or resellers and not directly from scidweet are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
9.We reserves the right to refuse returns, cancel orders, or terminate accounts suspected from excessive returns, return fraud, or wardrobing.
10.We reserves the right to refuse unreasonable return requests.
11.We reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, scidweet decision will be final.


Refund and Return Process
1.Request A Return
Please email our customer service representatives at scidweet@outlook.com to request the return. Please allow 3 - 7 working days for your return to be authorized. If you do not received an authorization email within 7 business days, please check your spam folder.
*Return request past 14 days will be rejected. We also reserve the right to refuse any unreasonable return requests and returns that are not received within a reasonable time frame.
2.Package the Items
After receiving your email with return request, our customer service representatives will send the return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the return. Please package the items to be returned with their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of stains with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
3.Mail It and Provide Tracking ID to Us
You are responsible for the return shipping charges for change of mind return reason. We recommend that you use a service with a tracking number to help us locate the package. If you have a tracking number for the package, please let us know by responding to our Email.
4.Shipped within 7 Days
Returns must be packed and shipped within 7 days after we authorizes the return. If you do not ship your return package within this time frame and provide us the tracking number, we will regard your return request as canceled.
5.Refund
You will receive refund within one week after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund . FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.
Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours
Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days

Products Returned After 14 days
Did you miss the 14-day return window? Great news! You may still start a return after 14 days, but you may get a partial refund depending on the following:
*Condition of the merchandise
*Cost of the original and/or return shipping charges deduction from your refund
*If we send you a replacement item, we need to receive the original item at our warehouse within 14 days of you starting the return process. Otherwise, we will charge you full price for the replacement.

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by:
*Sending you replacement parts or accessories
*Replacing the product or issue a refund
*And we’ll also cover the cost of any return shipping
*If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

Return of Size or Color Change
For return request regarding color defects, please note that the colors can vary depending on the lighting during the photoshooting or on the settings of your screen. Only obvious color differences will be accepted as authorized return request and will be left to our Returns Team to determine.
For return request regarding sizing defective, only differences of over 3cm between the received clothes and the size chart will be accepted as authorized return request.

Return of Change of Mind
You will be responsible for the return shipping charges for change of mind return reason. We recommend you using a service with a tracking number to help us locate the package.
Refunds will be processed when returned products are received and confirmed to be in acceptable condition by our Returns Team.

Cancellation Policy
1.Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 48 hours of purchase. Please Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order.
2.We do NOT accept order cancellation and refund request once the product is shipped out.
3.The number of day taken for refunds to be processed after refund has been accepted: 7 days.

Disclaimer
